Muay Thai · Belmont, Bay Area
Your First Muay Thai Class Is Free. And You Won't Be Thrown Into a Fight.
Start with a beginner-friendly class in Belmont. No experience, no contract, and a clear plan for your first three sessions.
This is what training here looks like.
Real classes, real people. From first-timers to competitors, kids to adults, on the mat in Belmont.

Why most people never start
You've probably thought about training for a while.
And something always stops it. Maybe you walked into a gym once and everyone already knew what they were doing. Maybe you pictured getting thrown into sparring on day one. Maybe you signed up somewhere, got handed no real guidance, and quietly quit three weeks later.
That's not you failing. That's a gym with no real way in.
The Fúria Method
A way in that's actually built for beginners.
Muay Thai is called the art of eight limbs: two fists, two elbows, two knees, two shins. Most gyms hand you all eight on day one and hope you keep up. We don't. We break it into three.
Hands
Stance, guard, the jab and the cross. Your base, the shape everything else is built on. Nothing you can't do on day one.
Clinch
Knees and elbows, up close. The range that makes Muay Thai unmistakably itself, introduced slow and with control.
Shins
The round kick: timing, balance, and turning your shin into the weapon it's meant to be. Now it starts to click.
You're never thrown to the wolves. By your fourth class, you already know what you're doing, and you actually want to come back.

Here's exactly how it goes.
You arrive
Show up 10 minutes early in comfortable clothes. A coach greets you by name. No cold front desk.
A real walkthrough
Before class, a coach shows you the basics one on one, so you never feel lost in the room.
You train
Join a beginner-friendly class at your own pace. No sparring, no getting hit, no ego.
You decide
Leave knowing if it's for you. No pressure to sign anything, ever. Most people just book their next one.
Let's be honest
The reasons people wait, handled.
“I'm not in shape.”
You get in shape by training, not before it. Every person on our mat started somewhere. You go at your own pace, day one.
“I've never done any martial art.”
Perfect. Our entire first-week method exists for exactly that. Most of our members had zero experience when they walked in.
“I'm worried about getting hurt.”
No sparring in your first classes. Everything is controlled, supervised, and technique first. You learn to move well before anything else.
“I don't have the time.”
Classes run mornings and evenings, most under an hour. You come when your week allows. No minimum, no guilt.
“It's really for my kid.”
Kids' classes are separate and grouped by age. You watch the entire first class from the side of the mat. Adults can train too, or just cheer.
“I'll feel out of place.”
The room is beginners, parents, and lifers side by side. Nobody here is judging the new person. Everyone was one.

Built for everyone
You don't need to be a fighter. Most of ours weren't.
First-timers, busy adults, and kids from age 4 train here side by side. You start where you are, and the room makes space for you.
Reopening in the new space · August 15
We keep trial classes small on purpose.
Every first-timer gets real, hands-on attention on their first class, so we only take a handful of free trials each week. With the bigger space opening August 15, those spots are going faster than usual. Grab yours now.
